Please read carefully the tour rules before transferring the deposit, which will serve as acceptance of the conditions.

Sherpa Tour Contract

Below is our commercial proposal which must be read before the deposit transfer, which will serve as acceptance of the exposed rules.

  1. The deposit amount serves as a guarantee for the tour. In case of customer cancellation, the 30% deposit will not be refunded!
  2. In case of rainy weather, the tour may be rescheduled for a future date, within a maximum of six months.
  3. The maximum tolerance time for delays is 15 minutes. After this period, the tour time starts running from the contracted time.
  4. The end of the contracted time occurs at Marina do Lago or at the agreed location, when the tour ends.
  5. If the client wishes to postpone their tour, they may check the company's availability. However, it is up to the company to accept or not the postponement.
  6. The remaining portion of the tour must be paid before passengers board, in cash or by bank transfer between the same banks.
  7. Boarding and disembarking will be held at the contracted location. For boarding in other locations, a displacement fee will be charged. For disembarking in other locations, bear in mind that the end time will be the time the boat arrives at the contracted location.
  8. Customers will be responsible for lost items and damages caused to the boat. Any damage that occurs must be compensated as soon as it happens, under penalty of early termination of the tour.
  9. It is expressly forbidden to remove glasses, cutlery, and utensils from the boat.
  10. For the safety of our customers, in case of exaggerated alcohol consumption by any of the passengers, at the sailor's discretion, the boat will immediately return to Marina do Lago, and the tour may be restricted to safe areas near Marina do Lago or even lead to the early termination of the contracted tour without refund of any amount.
  11. The contract above refers to a boat tour on Lake Paranoá. Thus, the speed of the boats will not exceed 2 thousand rpm.
  12. Smoking on the boats is strictly prohibited.
  13. Boarding of pets is prohibited.
  14. It is prohibited to enter the boats wearing shoes.
